Financial Policies

Pricing

Our Pomsky puppies range in prices from $3200 to $3800. The cost of a puppy is determined based on its coat color, markings and eye color.

Deposit

A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due when you are approved for adoption. You may select your Pomsky puppy at this time. The deposit goes toward the total purchase price.

If the Pomsky puppy you are interested is not available, your deposit can be transferred to a new litter. Deposits are nonrefundable but they do not expire.

Final Payment

You may pay for your Pomsky puppy in one lump sum or through payments. Final payment is due on or before your pickup date. If we are shipping your puppy, then final payment is due one week prior to shipping.

If your are making a final payment at the time of pickup the payment must be made in cash. Other forms of payment will not be accepted.

If final payment is not made by the agreed upon pickup date, the non-refundable deposit is forfeited and alternate arrangements will be made for the placement the puppy.

Payments Accepted

We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, or cashiers check.

Adoption Agreement Policies

When adopting a Pomsky puppy from West Bay Pomsky, you become part of our Pomsky family. We raise our Pomsky puppies in our home with extensive love and care from our entire family. We want you to love and enjoy your puppy as much as we do. When you adopt from us we ask you to sign an Adoption Agreement. As part of the agreement, the following policies are in effect:

No-Breeding Policy

West Bay Pomsky does not offer breeding rights. All of our puppies are for adoption as pets only. Your puppy, whether male or female, must be spayed or neutered by the time they four to eight months old. Females should be spayed after their first heat. Follow your veterinarian’s advise on timing of spaying and neutering.

Pick-up Date Policy

Puppies will be ready for pick up at eight weeks old. Prior to that time we will set up an agreed upon pickup date. Your puppy must be picked up at that date or a $15/day care fee will be added to your balance.

Puppy Health and Guarantee

West Bay Pomsky guarantees your Pomsky puppy is healthy at the time of adoption and will remain free from genetic defects for one year from the puppy’s birth date. Your puppy receives age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming and an examination by a veterinarian before you take your puppy home.

The health guarantee covers a life-threatening congenital defect within the first year of the Pomsky puppy’s life and you as the buyer, has provided proper timely and up-to-date veterinary care, vaccinations and deworming.

As a buyer of one of our Pomsky puppies, you must agree to have your puppy examined by a qualified, licensed veterinarian within three business days of pickup or shipping date.

No Animal Shelters Policy

We love our puppies and do not want any to end up in an animal shelter or the Humane Society. We recommend your Pomsky puppy receives regular and timely vet appointments. Puppies and dogs thrive when they know what is expected from their owners. We highly recommend new owners go through puppy training right away. We also recommend going through an obedience class as your puppy gets older. The classes are tons of fun for puppy and owner. You will avoid most if not all behavioral problems with proper training, thus avoiding any need to give away your pet.

No Return Policy

Puppies are not returnable and we do not give refunds.. Once you take possession of your Pomsky puppy it is your responsibility to ensure its proper nutrition, training, health checkups, love and attention.
